Registration and Payment Methods

1. Online Registration Complete your registration on the conference website using a credit or debit card with international transaction capabilities through secure online payment gateways. Online registration can also be completed via credit card authorization.

2. Bank Registration You will receive an invoice with bank account details and your billing information. Please include your invoice number as a reference when making the payment. Confirmation will be sent once we receive your payment.

3. Onsite Registration You can register directly at the venue using cash or credit card authorization.

Invitation Letter
An official invitation letter will be provided only to participants who have successfully completed their registration for the conference.

What does registration include?

Registration provides access to all conference sessions. You will also be able to join networking sessions, explore the virtual exhibit hall, schedule meetings with other attendees, and engage in live chats with peers during the sessions.

Special Offers / Discount Codes

A limited number of discounted slots are available for speakers. To secure one, you must confirm your registration within the specified timeline. Please note that discounts cannot be extended beyond the deadline, and discounted registrations are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Why is the virtual conference not free?
While we wish we could offer this event for free, the fees cover essential costs like staffing, technology, and operations, helping us continue to deliver quality conferences.

Registration Confirmations
Confirmation emails are automatically sent to the address provided during registration. If you do not receive yours, please contact us at info@scionexsummits.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretary. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

-Cancel 90 days or more before the conference: 70% refund
-Cancel 60–89 days before the conference: 50% refund
-Cancel less than 60 days before the conference: no refund

Refunds will be processed after the conference. Please allow 3–5 weeks for the refund to be completed.

Transfer Policy

A fully paid registration can be transferred to another related Scionex Summit if the participant cannot attend. Transfer requests must be sent via email. If a registered participant is replaced, the new attendee’s full name, contact number, email address, and abstract/title (if presenting) must be provided. Transfers must be requested at least one month before the conference. Registration fees can only be transferred once and are non-refundable.

Postpone or Change in Program
If the conference is postponed or canceled, pre-paid registrants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event. The organizer and associated parties are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

Force Majeure
Scionex Summits cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds if the conference is affected by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, industrial actions, epidemics, or pandemics. Reasonable steps will be taken to mitigate the impact, but the schedule, format, or location of the conference may change. Attendees will be notified as soon as possible about any updates.

Responsibility
Attendees are fully responsible for their personal belongings while at the venue. Please ensure your items are secure and remain vigilant about your surroundings. The organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or missing items. It is recommended to keep valuables close and use any available storage options, such as lockers. By attending, participants acknowledge this responsibility and agree that the organizer cannot be held accountable for any loss or theft.

Video Recording / Photo Policy
Scionex Summits will take photographs, video, and audio recordings during the event. These materials may be used for event-related purposes, including promotional activities, brochures, newsletters, the event website, and social media platforms.

By participating, attendees grant permission for their likeness and voice to be captured and used in these materials. If you have any concerns about your image or voice being used, please notify the organizers before the event.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our top priority. Any information you provide on our website forms will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
